TheraStrength Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

❗ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Single-use products (e.g., screen protectors)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn/unused, with tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
